Two blocks of 534 units of luxury condominium development -- 40-storey and 39-storey buildings on a 6-acre site, with foundations comprising a combination of precast concrete spun piles, micro piles as well as high capacity footings. The two blocks sit on transfer beams at Level 2, with shear wall structural systems above.
